Well-Equipped Studio in Heart of Nottingham

Positive: Location is very good. The facility is fine. Negative: The support services (e.g. automatic checkin) were not very good. You really don't know to whom you should contact in need. They used a chatbot to chat with you and the telephone they provided did not work. Nobody picked up.

Positive: It was clean and comfortable. Negative: There was no ventilation in the room and windows couldn’t be opened.

Clean, modern and secure studio apartment in a convenient location for the city centre. Positive: Sparkling clean and new in style, secure and conveniently located. The staff member in attendance when I arrived was very helpful and courteous. Negative: Some of the design decisions seemed odd: A single lighting control as on/off for the whole studio, and there were no bed lights. The lighting was insufficient for the kitchen/dining/lounge area, and I had to supplement it by engaging the range-hood on the oven; Also, there was no power point convenient for the bed, so I had to charge my devices in the lounge instead of having them accessible to the bed. In the same way, I couldn’t bring the table lamp to the bed as a subdued lighting source. However I was still very comfortable and would happily stay there again.
